Position Overview

In line with continued growth and evolving guest expectations, Bluserena Hotels & Resorts is seeking an experienced and accomplished Chef to lead culinary operations at a prestigious 5-star property. This role requires a balance of creativity, operational expertise, and strong leadership to ensure an exceptional dining experience aligned with luxury hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Area of Responsibility  Description 
Kitchen Operations  Oversee all kitchen activities, ensuring consistency in quality, presentation, and service 
Menu Development  Design innovative menus highlighting seasonal, local, and international cuisine 
Culinary Execution  Supervise food preparation and service to meet 5-star standards 
Cost Management  Monitor food costs and optimize resources while maintaining quality 
Team Leadership  Train, mentor, and manage kitchen staff to foster a professional environment 
Compliance  Ensure adherence to hygiene, health, and safety regulations 
Supplier Management  Maintain relationships with suppliers to secure high-quality ingredients 
Cross-Department Collaboration  Work closely with Food & Beverage and other departments 
Guest Experience  Analyze feedback to improve offerings and enhance satisfaction 
Strategic Contribution  Support planning and development of F&B strategies

Requirement  Details 
Professional Experience  Minimum 3 years as a Chef in luxury hotels, resorts, or gourmet restaurants 
Culinary Expertise  Strong knowledge of Italian and international cuisine 
Leadership Skills  Proven ability to lead and motivate teams effectively 
Financial Awareness  Experience in food cost control and kitchen financial management 
Personal Attributes  Creativity, precision, and attention to detail 
Communication  Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills 
Languages  Fluency in Italian and English required 
Technical Skills  Proficiency in Microsoft Office and email systems 
Mobility  Willingness to relocate
